Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

Return Process

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information:
    Your order number
    The reason for return


  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (such as a wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
